“I did not want to post anything as I was afraid it might be perceived as bragging, but then realized, it can really serve as an inspiration to everyone.”

Nagtapos siya sa Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Sto. Tomas Batangas campus noong 2020.

Dagdag pa niya sa kanyang Facebook post, “If a man like me can rise to the occasion, so can you.”

“I can’t say, ‘Circumstances aren’t barriers toward success’ because they are.

“I was even forced to delay my initial objective.”

“Matinding time management talaga ang kinailangan ko because I will be working eight hours a day, five days a week.”

“500 MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS PER DAY”

“Nag-grind ako nang nag-grind by answering more than 500 multiple choice questions per day, because I am aware that I really need a lot of catching up to do.

“Minsan nga nagre-review pa ako ng 16 hours a day para lang maka-catch up. I know 16 hours a day is a lot, and I won’t recommend it either for future ECEs kasi super unhealthy nun.

“But I don’t really have much of a choice during that time.”

Aminado siyang hindi siya relihiyosong tao. “I don’t even have a Bible verse na pinanghahawakan ko. Pero, I know for a fact that there is a God.

“During and after the board exam, I really surrendered everything to Him.”

“I kind of confident with my answers during the exam.

“Equally, I also had doubts, as I was also afraid that I might overclaim and be overconfident.”

“Despite all the signs pointing that I should give up on this dream, and just go where the wind will take me, I stood up and held my ground, conquered every obstacle and started believing in myself again.

“Once I had that thinking, I was unstoppable.”

“The rewards will follow. Surely all of your investments, those tears, exhaustion, and sleepless nights will not go to waste.

“Keep a positive mind, be grateful to every person who believes in you, and always have faith in our God.”

“I am also considering taking a master’s degree as there is some invisible force pushing me to be part of the academe of PUP.”
