Maggie Wilson’s legal camp issues statement on Victor Consunji’s “malevolent act of harassment”

Nagbabala ang legal camp ng dating beauty queen na si Maggie Wilson na magsasampa ang mga ito ng reklamo laban sa mga taong may kinalaman sa traumatic experiece nito at ng kanyang pamilya na naganap mismo sa kanilang pamamahay.

Sa kanyang Instagram post nitong Biyernes, July 15, 2022, humingi si Maggie ng tulong mula sa local government matapos pasukin ng mga tauhan ng estranged husband niyang si Victor Consunji ang kanyang pamamahay kahit “no notice, no warrant, and no proper paperwork.”

Sa kanyang post, ibinahagi ni Maggie ang mga video na kuha ng kanyang kapatid na babae.

Makikita sa video ang mga opisyales ng Victor Consunji Development Corporation (VCDC) at DMCI—mga kumpanyang parehong pagmamay-ari ng real-estate mogul na si Victor—na pumasok sa kanyang tahanan kasama ang mga tauhan ng barangay.

Nag-serve daw ang mga ito ng notice para i-padlock ang bahay. Pinutulan din umano ng mga itong kuryente ang kanyang bahay.

Nitong Sabado, July 16, 2022, ibinahagi ni Maggie sa kanyang Instagram ang statement ng law firm na Divina Law, kaugnay ng “harrassment” at “persecution” na naranasan nito mula sa kampo ng kanyang estranged husband.

Kinondena rin ng mga ito ang “blatant display of power and influence” na ginamit umano upang makapasok sa pamamahay ng actress/beauty queen.

Kabilang sa signatories ang Managing Partner ng Divina Law na si Atty. Nilo Divina, Atty. Estrella Elamparo, Atty. Mikko Angela Axalan-Pocio, Atty. Lorenzo Luigi Gayya, Atty. Joseph Lorenz Asuncion, Atty. Shaina Marie Santos, at Atty. Angelica Mae Destajo

Narito ang buong statement: “Yesterday, representatives of Victor Consunji Development Corp. (VCDC), along with baton-carrying Barangay officials, illegally and forcibly entered the house of our client Margaret ‘Maggie’ N. Wilson, in Acacia Estate, Taguig City, purportedly to ‘padlock’ the same.

“Without any notice to and permission of Ms. Wilson, the group, in full view of the public, proceeded inside the house to take videos of Ms. Wilson’s personal belongings, announcing that they were doing so on behalf of Victor Consunji Development Corp. (VCDC).

“When Ms. Wilson’s sister insisted that our client had a subsisting Contract of Lease, the group just cut off the electricity and left, leaving our client’s sister, 5-year-old cousin, and household staff to suffer in darkness.

“This harrowing incident has caused severe trauma and humiliation to the occupants of the house, as well as Ms. Wilson. Their security and privacy were invidiously violated, leaving them to fear for their lives and safety.

“It is public knowledge that Ms. Wilson is estranged from her spouse, Mr. Victor Consunji, the Chief Executive Officer of VCDC.

“Such estrangement, however, does not and cannot justify the malevolent act of harassment and persecution against his wife and her family.

“Whatever personal issues Mr. Consunji has against his spouse is not a license to trample upon her honor and dignity and inflict fear upon her and her family.

“This blatant display of power and influence deserves the strongest condemnation. No one is above the law.

“We will not let pass this flagrant violation of the home and privacy our client and we will HOLD LIABLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW all those involved in this dastardly act.”

Noong September 2021, isang joint statement ang inilabas nina Maggie at Vic kung saan ibinahagi ng mga ito ang kanilang desisyon na maghiwalay matapos ang halos labing-isang taong pagsasama.

Nakasaad din sa nasabing statement na magiging “partner” sila sa pag-aalaga at pagpapalaki sa anak nilang si Connor kahit na magkahiwalay na sila ng landas.

Ngunit tila nagbago ang ihip ng hangin ilang buwan matapos ilabas ng dalawa ang joint statement na ito.

Noong December 26, 2021, ibinahagi ni Maggie ang kanyang frustration sa Instagram nang tumanggi si Victor na makita niya ang anak noong Pasko sa kabila ng maayos na usapan nila tungkol dito.

Nitong March 2, 2022, ikinadismaya rin ni Maggie ang pagbabawal umano ni Victor na bigyan siya ng access sa mga litrato sa birthday party ng anak nila.

Bukod dito, may iba pa raw siyang nararanasang hassle tungkol sa co-parenting set-up nila ni Victor.

Ang pinakahuling update, sinampahan ni Victor si Maggie at ang rumored boyfriend niyang si Tim Connor ng kasong adultery.
