Maggie Wilson defies Victor Consunji; not moving out of “conjugal property”

Hindi nagpapatinag si Maggie Wilson, 33, sa kabila ng aniya’y panggigipit sa kanya ng estranged husband na si Victor Consunji, 43.

“I am ready to fight,” deklara ng former actress-beauty queen.

Noong Biyernes ng hapon, July 16, 2022, una nang inihayag ni Maggie na sinubukan siyang paalisin sa tirahan niya sa Taguig City.

Reklamo ni Maggie, pinasok ang bahay niya ng isang nagpakilalang top executive ng VCDC kasama ng ilang kagawad ng Barangay Bambang.

Ang VCDC ay ang real estate development company na pag-aari ng real estate mogul na si Victor. Ang ama ni Victor ang may-ari ng DMCI real estate development company.

Ayon kay Maggie, nag-serve ang VCDC executive ng notice para i-padlock ang bahay ni Maggie dahil pag-aari raw iyon ng DMCI.

Nasa ibang bansa si Maggie hanggang sa kasakuluyan, at ang kapatid niyang si Beth Wilson ang nakausap ng VCDC executive noong Biyernes.

Hindi umalis si Beth matapos ipaabot sa kanya ni Maggie na may lease contract siya sa bahay na iyon at hindi basta puwedeng paalisin.

Pero noon ding Biyernes ay nawalan ng kuryente sa bahay ni Maggie, at kataka-taka raw iyon dahil walang power outage sa lugar at ang bahay ni Maggie ang tanging apektado.

STILL NO ELECTRICITY

As of Sunday afternoon, July 17, 2022, ibinalita ni Maggie na wala pa ring kuryente sa bahay niya sa Taguig.

“Power has not yet been restored after several attempts.

“Thank you to the people who helped arrange for a generator. You know who you are.

“And to one [of] my neighbours who so kindly offered to share their electricity to my sister, 5-year-old cousin and staff.

“It has been over 48 hours since our power was cut,” saad ni Maggie sa kanyang Instagram Story.

Kaya hindi raw aalis ang kanyang kapatid at staff na naroon sa ngayon.

“On principle, I/we my sister and I refuse to be bashed around like a lot of other women in the Philippines.

“P.S. My strong, bad ass sister is refusing to stay in a hotel, get another property, and has turned down offers from our friends to stay at their places.”

Ibinalita rin ni Maggie na tatlong oras siyang nakipag-meeting sa kanyang lawyer, at handa raw siyang labanan ang mister na si Victor.

is this maggie’s response to adultery case against her?

Bukod sa isyu sa conjugal property, sinampahan ni Victor ng kasong adultery si Maggie dahil sa relasyon umano nito sa negosyanteng si Tim Connor.

Noong Biyernes, July 16, lumutang ang kopya ng information mula sa Taguig City Prosecutor’s Office tungkol sa diumano’y akto ng pakikiapid ni Maggie noong February 2022.

May petsa itong June 30, 2022, at pirmado ni Senior Assistant City Prosecutor David Michael Go.

Natanggap ito ng Metropolitan Trial Court noong July 8, 2022.

Ngayong Lunes, July 18, 2022, tila malaman ang pag-repost ni Maggie ng isang excerpt mula sa Philippine Commission on Women (PCW).

Ayon sa PCW, sinasabi raw ng Gabriela Women’s Party bill na karaniwang ginagamit ang reklamong adultery o concubinage bilang “bargaining suits” o strategy para makuha ang kooperasyon sa isang “support negotiations.”

Sabi pa rito, “In many cases, women who are faced by these threats are forced to forego legitimate custodial claims of their children while some are forced to forego legitimate custodial claims of their children while some are forced to give up their claims over conjugal properties, assets and the like.”
