Court grants TRO vs Victor Consunji after attempting to kick out Maggie Wilson from Taguig home

“Since it cannot be denied that a valid lease contract is existing and subsisting between the petitioner and the defendants, the Lease Contract should be respected by the parties wherein the lessor is obliged to maintain the lessee in the peaceful and adequate enjoyment of the leased premises for the entire duration of the contract.
“The attempt of the defendants to forcibly evict Petitioner Margaret N. Wilson from the rented property does not sit well with the court as there are existing remedies that are available to the defendants under the law.”
Paliwanag sa resolusyon (itals provided): “Considering the extreme urgency of the matter and the fact that plaintiff will suffer grave injustice and irreparable injury in the event that injunctive reliefs are not issued, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court to immediately issue the injunctive reliefs prayed for to: 9(a) PREVENT defendants, their representatives, or any person acting for and on their behalf or upon their direction, from continuing with their illegal and unauthorized activities, causing grave and substantial damage and prejudice to plaintiff, her family, and her household staff and from taking any action that will prevent Meralco or any electrician from restoring electricity in the subject property.”
Aniya, “After six days of no power. Thank you the court and the justice system of the Philippines.”
